The Foundation and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology signed an agreement to mark the donation of one million US dollars to establish "Dr. Chiang Chen MIT Scholarship Fund" to support outstanding and under-privileged Chinese students to pursue their studies in this world-renowned university.
